Carri opened her coaching business, LPC–Ludwig Parenting Coach, in July 2011. She is dedicated to providing successful outcomes to parents through one on one coaching and dynamic workshops and presentations.
Carri is a retired Social Services Commissioner. In that capacity she supervised 90 employees who were much like “parent coaches” in preventive and child protection services as well as adoption, foster care and public assistance. She was also active in the larger community, serving on boards for Hospice of Orleans County, the United Way and the New York Public Welfare Association. Currently she serves on planning committees for the Clarence Community Asset Network and the Clarence Family Support Center, which are initiatives to expand services for children and families. Skilled in interpersonal dynamics, creative problem solving and family relationships, she brings a wealth of human experience to her work as the first John Rosemond certified coach in New York State.
Carri uses a creative and often humorous approach to teach traditional parenting methods for issues ranging from bedtime hassles, to homework problems, to tantrums, to defiance and disobedience.
Carri is married, has 5 adult children/step children and 4 grandchildren. When she is not coaching, she enjoys volunteer work at her church and elementary school, tai chi and striving for that illusive hole in one on the golf course.
Individual coaching sessions
I primarily work in Western New York. I look forward to discussing how coaching might help your family.
