Paul has been a principal/teacher in the elementary/middle schools in the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod school system since 1977. He currently serves as a middle school teacher at Shepherd Lutheran School in Albuquerque. He has received extensive training in the Master Teacher Program. He is a certified parent coach through the John Rosemond Leadership Parenting Institute. His vast experience working with children and the Institute's training have taught him much about children. His vision for his graduates is two-fold: (1) that the children love Jesus and live a life that reflects that love, and (2) that the children are strong in the basics, independent learners, creative thinkers, and understand what it means to be a solid citizen of the United States.
