As a former elementary school teacher and Children's Ministry Director at a large church in Tennessee, Donna has watched the "culture of family" change over the years. She has observed that really good Dads and Moms have lost their courage to parent from a position of leadership. As a result, it has become Donna's passion to guide parents to lovingly raise their children to be responsible, respectful, resourceful and honorable adults. As a certified Parent Coach, Donna desires to give parents, the skills, the confidence and even the permission to rear children that not only they can enjoy, but others can, too. Donna has been married for 38 years, is a mom to three grown children and a grandmother to five little ones.
